Communication

• Emails - will be our primary method of communication.  Look for weekly reminders

• Calendar on website – Check calendar for details about weekly meetings, Masses, outreach and social events

Weekly Meetings

·         Time:  7:00 – 8:15 p.m., Thursday evenings

·         Where:  Youth group room on the lower level of Assumption School use door by the Religious Ed office

·         Pick up promptly at 8:15 p.m.

Teen Masses:

      ·         Time and place to be announced - see calendar for details

Social Activites

• Bowling, movie nights, dinners, etc.

Cancellations :

• Youth Group will follow Fairfield public school cancellation policy.  See our calendar for up to the minute updates. 

Administrative

• Permission to Participate Forms – Please download and complete a form for your child and return to Lara Linsenmeyer.   PERMISSION FORM.doc

Parent Volunteers

• Chaperones – we need at least 2 adults at every meeting.  Adults must have gone through the Virtus Training, had a background check (arranged by the Parish) and signed the Diocese Safe Conduct Policy.  The Virtus Training is a one time 3 hour commitment.
